During this course, you’ll learn how to: Recognize and manage stress in yourself and fellow divers Respond effectively to emergency situations Assist tired, panicked, or unresponsive divers at the surface and underwater Improve self-rescue techniques and sharpen your underwater problem-solving skills Training is delivered through a mix of knowledge development, confined water practice, and open water rescue scenarios, giving you hands-on experience in handling real-world situations.
